Creating an account is free. Healers set their own consultation fees, and there is currently no platform fee. Banks or payment providers may still apply separate transaction or currency conversion charges.

Use our search filters to find healers by specialization, location, language, and availability. Read reviews and credentials before booking.

Approved healer profiles are reviewed before appearing publicly. You should still read each profile carefully and choose a healer whose stated scope, references, and approach fit your needs.

Yes. Use the healer gender filter on the Find Healers page — it is a first-class filter, and every profile clearly states the healer's gender. Many sisters prefer a female healer, and we make that easy and explicit.

Yes, each healer profile displays Islamic education, certifications, experience, and community reviews.

Select a healer, choose an available time slot, share what you need, and pay the healer directly using their listed payment method. Once the healer confirms your payment, you receive confirmation with meeting details.

Consultations are conducted via secure video calls. The healer will discuss your concerns and provide appropriate Islamic healing guidance or treatment.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel bookings according to the healer policy. Check the specific terms when booking.

You pay your healer directly at booking, using the payment methods listed on their profile. Qalb Healers never holds your money and adds no fee on top — though payment providers, banks, or currency conversion services may apply their own charges. Some healers serve free of charge, as ṣadaqah; their profiles carry a Ṣadaqah tag.

Report the session from your booking or contact support — our team reviews every dispute and takes action, including removing healers who break our code of conduct. Because payment goes directly to your healer, any refund is arranged with them, and we help mediate.

No hidden platform fees. All costs shown by Qalb Healers are clearly displayed before booking, and there is currently no platform fee. Separate payment-provider or bank charges can still apply.

Apply through our healer application form. You will need to provide Islamic credentials, qualifications, and undergo our verification process.

Go to your healer dashboard, click "Edit Profile", and scroll to "Payment Methods". You can add multiple payment options like a UPI ID, PayPal link, bank transfer details, or any custom billing link. You must have at least one payment method active to receive paid bookings, unless you choose to offer your services for free (Ṣadaqah).

Use your healer dashboard to set available time slots, consultation fees, and manage your calendar.

Qalb Healers takes no percentage commission on your earnings. We charge a flat $1 lead fee per confirmed paid booking, which is accrued on your account and invoiced monthly. This lead fee is completely waived if you offer the session free of charge as Ṣadaqah.

Patients pay you directly using the payment details listed on your profile before the booking is confirmed. Since payments do not pass through platform custody, there are no payout delays or holding cycles.

Because payments are direct-to-healer, you handle refunds directly with patients in accordance with the cancellation policy shown on your profile. However, to ensure platform trust, patients have a 48-hour dispute window after a session to report any issues (such as a healer no-show or code of conduct breach). During this 48-hour window, the booking status remains pending review. In case of a dispute, our admin team reviews the details to mediate, and outstanding disputes may lead to profile suspension.
