1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Qalb Healers, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This platform is dedicated to connecting Muslims with qualified Islamic healers in accordance with Islamic principles.
2. Platform Purpose
Qalb Healers serves as a platform to connect patients with qualified Islamic healers including:
- Ruqyah healers
- Islamic counselors
- Hijama specialists
- Spiritual guidance providers
3. User Responsibilities
For Patients:
- Provide accurate health and personal information
- Respect healers' time and expertise
- Follow Islamic etiquette during consultations
- Complete payments as agreed
For Healers:
- Maintain valid Islamic credentials and qualifications
- Provide services in accordance with Islamic principles
- Respect patient confidentiality
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
4. Islamic Compliance
All services provided through this platform must comply with Islamic principles. We strive to ensure all healers are qualified and follow authentic Islamic healing methods. However, users are encouraged to verify credentials independently.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Important Notice:
Islamic healing services are complementary to, not a replacement for, conventional medical treatment. For serious medical conditions, please consult qualified medical professionals alongside Islamic healing practices.
6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through card payment providers. Refunds are available according to our refund policy. Qalb Healers currently does not charge a platform fee.
Separate charges imposed by payment processors, banks, card issuers, transfer providers, or currency conversion providers may still apply. Those third-party charges are outside the Qalb Healers platform fee and may reduce the final amount a healer receives at settlement.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Islamic principles of confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Providing or seeking services that contradict Islamic principles
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior
- Unauthorized use of the platform
- Violation of intellectual property rights
9. Limitation of Liability
Qalb Healers serves as a platform connecting users with healers. We are not responsible for the quality, effectiveness, or outcomes of healing services provided by healers.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
